J's Racing Titanium Exhausts - 1 or 2 Piece?

Guys, have J's ever produced titanium systems that were built in 2 pieces instead of just 1? I was under the impression that only stainless steel systems could be split at the rear section but not titanium?

Yes, Js Racing now produces both the Titanium and Stainless exhausts in multiple pieces. They call that style "EMS" so that they can ship the exhausts from Japan via EMS shipping to get them to the customer much quicker than if they were to ship by ocean. I have spoken with Js Racing directly and they said "The shape. weight and performance is basically the same." Hopefully that answers your question!

Thanks! It does :)
Do you know from which year they started offering them in two piece design? I ask these questions because I'm looking at buying one from a fellow S2K member. He said its the FX Pro 70RS valued at $2200 when new but it has a split at the muffler which didn't add up to the pics I've seen of that exhaust on other retail sites like Evasive.

That information I do not have unfortunately. It has been at least earlier this year since we have been able to order the EMS versions.

Does this look like a late model titanium FX 70RS?
