Leave your head and cams stock. Depending on which AEM intake you have you'll make more with a DIY long intake.
Match your intake manifold to the throttle body if you're going to put a larger on one.
Add a high flow cat.
Have the AEM tuned
This should put you in the high 210 low 220whp range.

Hm not sure that intake is actually gaining anything. But yeah do t bother with any of the cams or valve train. The ap2 cable train is better than anything skunk2 makes. Test pipe and tune is going to get you the best gains to the dollar. After that your looking at FI of some kind to keep chasing the HP dragon.

To echo what the others said, leave the cams alone, no need and you will spend a bunch of money to effectively compromise the reliability. The 70mm Tb is a good/noticeable upgrade for the money spent, but to get the most out of it you will want to port match the manifold opening. Its a big job, but an 8lb act pro light flywheel is a fantastic mod, for either the F20 or F22 to really liven up the response of the engine and get a proper control over the rev speed to make heal toe/rev matching most effective. Test pipe/hfc and lowered vtec/tune is the big cherry on top. Get into the header or cat back to save weight and make loud noises, but not really much to be gained there for money spent. The header especially so. Cold air intakes can be effective, but only if they are actually getting cold air. the factory box is tuned well, but it can suffer from heart soak easily which will have far more impact on engine output, so custom snorkel or coolant delete to manifold etc to lower the IAT are worth looking into.

I haven't seen one thread yet where these cams have made any power on this engine. I have seen threads where there have been issues with premature cam lobe wear and other related reliability issues. In summery, the cost vs benefit simply isn't there.
