I might pull the trigger for the K&N, it seems to be to best one for the money.

I bought mine at JC Whitney for $264.59 shipped about a week and a half ago. They had a 10% off sale and free shipping.

 

Looking back, mine was $253 from Amazon with my Prime membership. Right now Amazon has our kit, the K&N 57-3514, for $293 with free shipping with Prime. Strange how the price varies so much.
Totally worth the cost, if just for the sound. I had mine for almost a year before I put on an exhaust and really enjoyed how much it improves over the stock intake noise.

honestly bro, unless you are doing it for the nice sound it gives the motor..just stick with the stock air box..i have the FIPK and aside from the sound it does nothing for the car. the stock air box is more than fine for this car..and you can save 250 bucks

It doesn't raise the top end much, but it noticeably fattens up the mid-range power.

 

I agree. Buy it for the sound it makes when you mash the peddle and how it sounds on the cam. The K&N horsepower and fuel mileage pitch is pure snake oil, IMO.

I do like the washable filter, although they're not really cheaper than paper filters by the time you buy and buy again the cleaner and oil.

I guess I'm just saying to buy it for the sound, but don't expect anything else.
