i have a set of the coilovers that i installed last tuesday and they are great....i have my car dropped on stocks on my 2003 and its less the finger gap around and set them to as hard as they can.....

the ride is alot more stiff then stock suspension but to me the fronts can be a little harder....im going to take them to ksport in a few weeks to get the spirng rates changed.....

if you have any ?'s let me know ...i'll be glad to help

They are what they are for the money....I had them on my integra and I thought they were the Sh$t untill they blew out in a year and I tried REAL coilovers.

What's the default spring rate(s), and how much range (stiffer - softer) can they handle?

IIRC the spring rates on the KontrolPro system are 10kf/8kr (could be 10kr as well.. for some reason I can't remember right now I could be wrong) and they can handle ~2k difference in spring rate from the standard rates before a revalve becomes ideal.
