Loose side mirrors

this is a weird question. The mirrors that are mounted on my doors rattle at the swivel point that allows them to turn. Is there any way to repair/rebuild them?

I have not seen any way to rebuild them. I'm actually looking at one sitting on my desk right now. A used mirror can be sourced for around $50 though.
