Default Lowered car only 1.5 inches and scrapping?

I lowered my car on tein lowering springs with stock shocks says its about a 1.5 inch drop. Noticed when going over small bumps in the road my car scrapes on the rear. Every little elevation change causes this. One side of the rear also seems to be lower then the other? Is this a blow shock or install error? I didnt think thr car was low enough to scrap.

Low enough to scrape also depends on the type of speed bumps and how fast you are traveling.

- teins are garbage

-combining after market shocks with oe springs is ghetto and a recipe for trouble

- shocks are installed wrong with way to much much travel and way to soft

- stop installing 2-bit name brand products (tein,skunk2,blox,form and function, true hart) on a first rate car and , save that shit for your beater civic

^Lol...I think you have the wrong idea about Tein.

But yes...a 1.5" drop on stock shocks was a bad call (not for scraping reasons).

OP...what size wheels and tyres?

We need more info. What is scraping? Is the car stock other than the springs? Different wheels? Tires sizes? Etc.

I feel like it is more likely the wheel scrubbing on the fenders then the car scrapping on the ground.

Should tell Evasive to stop installing 2-bit name coilovers like Tein SRCs on their time attack cars
