Lowering springs front vs rear drop issue
Lowering springs installed, front went too low, rear not any lower at all. I reclocked the bushings twice. And I am certain its not springs in wrong location. What else could it be?
'06. Stock wheels. Stock tire sizes. Everything else in suspension is stock.
The springs are H&R lowering springs. They are supposed to lower F: .75", R: .6"
What I have is F: 1", R: 0".
The obvious answer is bushings not clocked properly. Even though I'm certain it was done correctly, I did it over just because. All CA, shock mounts, anything with a bushing loosened, that corner raised off stand by jack under lower CA, tighten bushings. Its not Rocket Science. So I'm certain its not a misclocking issue.
Full disclosure, the shocks are low mile used from an '04. Car has 140k, and originals were used up. This of course should not make a difference.
Thread with examples of how these springs are supposed to look:

I properly loosened ALL the bushings. Not just the ones I touched to do the install.
The second time I went all paranoia. Made sure level ground. Left 3 corners on the ground on their tires and lifted one corner at a time to ride height. Made extra certain each bushing loosened enough. etc. (First time I just did it on jack stands on my sloped driveway. Lifted that corner off stand, etc.)

I can't remember if H&R's come pre-sagged or not.
And are you 100% sure you put the front and rear in the right spot?
How much gas is in the car?
Clocking bushings doesn't work that well when you lift one corner while the other wheels are on the ground. But that may not really be the issue.
Try loosening all the bushings and just lowering the car onto flat ground and maybe roll/drive it back and forth a bit to settle it before measuring.

Springs are used (but paint still near perfect). Supposed to have like 5k miles on them. So they should already be break in sagged, but no chance they are worn out sagged.
They have been on the car almost two weeks now, and driven about 1k miles.
I am certain I got front vs rear installed in the right spot. Besides, these springs are designed with some rake. So if I messed up, the rear should be sagging, not the front (equal weight on all corners, similar MR).
I like the idea of loosening everything and putting it back on ground. I'll try that soon as I can. Meanwhile, hoping.for more ideas...
