Sorry for the delayed response.
The only thing keeping me from using the stock receiver is the "nub" that forces a 45° angle when mounted. Since install, I've used a seat belt extender bolted directly to the PCI frame. I can't say it's the safest solution, but moves with the seat, and the seatbelt light doesn't not come on with the stock receiver disconnected. Outside dimensionwise, this seat is almost identical to the Recaro. Also, I've had 5'6 friends drive the car. No issues on the track or on the street. Envious on how much room they have in the seat. Haha. Lately, I've taken out the lower cushion for a lil more headroom. Any larger seat may require interior modifications. Did you order the seat? |

So can one use the Buddy Club rails with this seat or do you have to use the supplied PCI rails?

Bumping this thread up from the dead. Anyone else go with these seats? Buying Recaros from Germany directly, with the strong dollar right now, they’re only about $1250 shipped for the pleather/suede version vs the $1000 shipped on the ST3, but $500 is $500 (on the pair).
