Trying to find this part in the catalog but its nowhere to be found. What do you call them and where can I find one?

I was just wondering the exact same thing. 74317-S2A-003ZB is left (looking from the rear)in case you're wondering. Just ordered one!

Is there a way for me to remove these molding pieces without taking off the black trim molding piece? If not, what’s the easiest way to take it off?

They come right off. Open the trunk, undo the screw, and then pull straight out and it will come off. I've taken mine off a few times for cleaning.
