To revive an old thread with first hand experience, the ichiba wheel studs are no good. I have been using them for about a year and three studs on one wheel. broke off. I wouldn't suggest using these spacers without pressing in new studs.
How often are you removing the wheels and what are you using to tighten them with?
Ive been using these spacers with absolutely 0 issues.

To be fair, I did zap them on with an impact, but I stopped immediately once I felt resistance. I then torqued them down with a torque wrench -set to 80ft/lb- and that's when I felt them snap. Three of five studs failed on one wheel. I did some research, and it appears that ARP does not sell exact replacements for the Ichiba studs; you will need to source them from Ichiba if you want exact replacements. For future reference -in case anyone else runs into this problem- the ARP stud that will fit the 15mm Ichiba spacers is the Mitsubushi Lancer EVO VIII model. However, it will require open-faced lugs since they are extended to 3" from 1.85"
Edit: according to Ichiba, they no longer produce the correct length stud (30mm) to replace the ones in my 15mm V2 spacers. They also no longer produce the 40mm extended versions either.
