Newbie with q...
Hello to all!!! Newbie with a question to all you suspension experts out there... I would like to reduce body roll of my bone stock S2k without lowering the car. Not a track user but time 2 time, I like to drive hard on the roads/highway. Thinking about installing f/r sway bars and strut tower bar. Any one with this set up? How stiffer will my car feel upon this installation? Will it drastically reduce sway/body roll of the car? Would it be worth it or should I keep it bone stock? thanks to all...

i saw threads saying that front sway bars dont work.
the CR however has front and rear swaybars. i dont know if those work, but for the rear sway bars, i believe you have to remove the soft top to be able to keep it on.

I am not that familiar with the S's suspension just yet, but it does not seem logical to be forced to remove the soft-top just to have a rear sway bar. The sway bar will/would be installed with the suspension, under the car. I think you might be thinking of the rear strut tower, which would be located in either the boot or in the space that a folded soft-top would normally occupy.

Believe it or not, all S2000's come with BOTH front AND rear sway bars!! Also all S2000's come with a rear strut bar or bracing.
The sway bars are mounted under the car, in front of and behind the front and rear subframes, respectively. The rear strut brace is mounted just in front of the fuzzy liner panels in your trunk.
I think you should keep your car just as it is until you know what effect each upgrade will do to your car's handling, and each upgrade will effect much more than just stiffness or body roll, for example, it could make it easier for you to oversteer and crash or understeer and...uh crash. In order to do that, you should take your hard drivin ways to the track!
