Default NRG short hub SRS light

Hi guys, I installed an NRG short hub (SRK-131h) the bigger version that retains the clockspring and comes with the 2 resistors for the SRS light. Everything's installed correctly since I did the same install on my friend's car using the smaller version(SRK-130h) but I can't get the resistors to turn the SRS light off. I have searched and found a few links google taking me back to the threads posted on s2ki. If there's anyone with experience with short hubs and the resistors that turn off the SRS light can give me a little more details, I'm sure I can get it to turn off. Thank you.

Have you tried reseting the light? If the light was on and you installed the resistors they won't turn it off you have to reset it.

So my resistors for my airbags were not making a good connection, I had to removed one of the blue plastic insulators for it to fit better onto the pin and then reassembled everything and then reset the SRS light. And thank you Manga_Spawn, I appreciate any help
