Default Opinions on Transmission and Diff Fluid (no idea what to use)

hey so i checked out the DIY on Transmission and Differential fluid change and i looked through countless topics on fluids but im still stuck on what to use. i use Royal Purple for my engine oil and thought i'd go with the Synchromax for my transmission and Max-Gear for the differential. what are your thoughts about this?

ive also read that Redline MTL and Redline 75W90 is also a popular choice. As well as Amsoil synthetic.

im not going to be auto tracking or anything but i want to put quality fluid in my s2k. If Redline, Amsoil or Royal Purple are overkill please let me know.

any help is always appreciated.

Quick update on what I use since the post.

Originally I went with Amsoil in the oil, diff, and tranny, however when it gets cold, the amsoil doesnt do so well in the tranny. So I went back to stock honda fluid in the tranny, the rest is still amsoil. The shifting has gone better since i switched back to stock honda fluid, not so notchy any more.

I commend amsoil on their oil. Its been 9,000 miles and the XL amsoil is still good, a little golden brown but still good I really couldnt believe it can last 10k miles but now Im a believer!
