oh shitttt another victim. You know I tell every new (or even new used s2k owner if there buying an 00' even) to get there car lowered ASAP to take care of this problem

Do you have some kind of compulsive attention to detail that makes you grind off casting imperfections? That's what I do! I'm so glad to find that I'm not the only one. I'm coming out! Maybe I'll even post pics.

did mine black with white logo too. got my stickers from the same source too. i used a big file (what's it called a rasp?) and then 80 grit sandpaper to really smooth the fruck out of them...

I'd imagine it probably won't feel as stiff since the springs will actually be able to compress and do their job. It probably depends on how many you had in. From the pics it only looked like that one wheel still had one left in. You may not feel much of a difference if it was only that one. Post back and let us know how many you had left, how many miles you've been rocking them, and if you were able to tell any difference once they were removed, please.
