I completely ground down the casting marks on my calipers until it was 100% smooth. Made the final product look MUCH better IMO. With that being said, it's VERY time consuming.

I think he did. In another post I thought he said 4Xblack, sticker and then 3Xclear.
What brand paint? You have to use heat resitant, right?
I am going to do mine in the not so distant future. Probably when I need brakes, I'll paint them and go slotted rotors with SS lines. Subzero works close by and said he'd cryo my pads and rotors.
