I completely ground down the casting marks on my calipers until it was 100% smooth. Made the final product look MUCH better IMO. With that being said, it's VERY time consuming.

did you clear them after applying the decals?

I think he did. In another post I thought he said 4Xblack, sticker and then 3Xclear.

What brand paint? You have to use heat resitant, right?

I am going to do mine in the not so distant future. Probably when I need brakes, I'll paint them and go slotted rotors with SS lines. Subzero works close by and said he'd cryo my pads and rotors.

Yeah, as stated above it is the Black G2 kit that I picked up off flea bay for about $34 shipped

Thanks

Just the cleaner that came with the G2 kit and a towel, we grinded with a dremel and then cleaned after that
