Default Parts to fix soft top leak

So my soft top leaks between the window and the seals on both driver and passenger sides are these the parts I have to order to replace the seals
It leaks right where the hinge is in the middle where the roof folds right above the window

I had a new 2000 s2000 but sold it 6 years ago. I just purchased a 2003 and mine leaks in the same area as yours. I was about to purchase the same parts. Did this resolve the issue for you?

I had the same problem with my AP1 and installing those new seals fixed the problem for me.

If you end up getting the seals, make sure you get some shinetsu and periodically treat them with it. Helps a lot with the longevity and forming a proper seal.

Thanks for the reply.

I just ordered the left side for now. I will order the right side once I make sure if fixes the leak.

For the install do they slide on or are there clips? I read a few different posts where someone said clips and others said it slides on a rail.

Any help would be awesome.

Thank you

If memory serves me right, they just slide on/off. There's a little set screw the holds the front-most seal in place, you'll find it on the front side of the seal. Take that screw out and the seal should slide right off.

Here's a video for you. It's a long one but the part I linked you to gives you the gist.

Edit - okay, S2ki stripped the timestamp when I shared it, so skip to 3:30.
