Post Password JDM underbody aerodynamic package

ALL IN BEAUTIFUL WEIGHTLESS CARBON FIBER -$2999 for 1x1 weave

During Development...

Professional Race Team Design Engineering observing his work

GM overseeing the work

Notice the ribs, scoops and ducts to still cool the underbody components. Vacumm bagged and oven cured dry carbon pieces, no clearcoating.

Custom brackets & braces holding these three pieces together is anadozied aluminum and fitment is perfect. These braces also stiffen the chassis too, which is an added benefit.
Above is when the kit was being developed, so the finished product will vary from these development pictures. No clearcoat, on the 1x1 CF it is the epoxy they use that creates the high gloss. It should make a difference for their Super Lap Battle Time Attack car which will debut soon.

They have a Kevlar verson too, for the Rio or Spa's out there.

A lighter CF Driveshaft is next and covered up by the mid section.

Looks pretty cool Tan but damn that would make maintenance/service a PITA.....hahaha

That rear piece in Kevlar would be neat though - they have something like that for the NSX-R from Downforce.

Very nice for the first design. Possibly in the future there can be a cut out or a door mechanisim for oil changes

My 2007 Honda Hybrid, has an OEM underbody engine cover that needs to be removed/unbolted before an oil change. The dealer did not charge me extra in labor to change the oil on the Hybrid. These pieces were made for their time attack, but he is making it available to the masses as well.

Remove panels to peform oil change and not have to drip oil all over the diffuser.

Will this fit with my Amuse GT1 kit? I wonder if they can fab that rear diffuser to fit nicely with the rear bumper.

The mid section should fit your widebody and would work in conjunction with your rear diffuser Huy..

The Amuse widebody already comes with a rear diffuser and a front too right?
