Have you @Gernby (or anyone) ever tried to tune for some pops and bangs on deceleration (overrun / letting off the throttle), to get a more exotic exhaust noise? And did or didnt it work? Cant find any on youtube. But it would be amazing

You don't need a specific tune for that, test pipe and a free flowing exhaust is enough.

Are you talking from your own experience or from what others have said? Because its simply not true what you are saying my friend, at least not for all cars for sure. Please show me a videoclip. Im sure anyone around the world would have made a clip about it, yet there are NONE. Please explain yourself.

It's from my own experience of course
My car pops and bangs all the time on decel and occasionally shoots some flames as well.
I certainly haven't tried to tune it like that and I'm pretty sure it's not possible to remove completely either.
It's not that noticeable on video but here is one clip
Maybe you are talking about crazy anti lag pops and bangs like WRC or drag cars use?

is it your video? Your car? I have listened the full clip with a headset and besides the fact that im pretty deaf now, i havent heard any pop or bang. So I dont have a clue what you hear?

I think the s2k doesnt pop and bang because honda tuned it very efficiently and clean running. Ive heard one or two when redlining until the fuel cut kicks in, with a tp. But not much otherwise.

im not talking about gunshots, but check this video and you will maybe understand what I mean.

I understand what you mean now, yeah those cars I think does this artificially which in my mind is a bit ridiculous.
Yes it's my car and video and it's not very clear in that video, here is another short clip were it should be easier to notice.
Exhaust was also changed to a Milltek dual here

Can anyone help me? I've read this entire thread and could not get a conclusive answer.

I'm running stock AP1 headers, cat, exhaust with UK mod + FIPK K&N intake. I want to tune with Greddy emanage ultimate and lower vtec engagement to around 45000. Should I go with a 63.5mm HFC or 70mm?

Stock exhaust is 60mm so you want to match that number and 63.5 is obviously closer than 70mm.

No OEM is 60mm OD of course, would be stupid to compare different kind of measurements and I don't do stupid things
