Q: J's racing intake and ASM GT strut bar?
How are you doing, all!
I have a question for you all the jdm experts.
Does anyone know if ASM strut bar can be fitted with j's racing intake.
I did a search, but no luck.
regards,

it fits, but it definatly is touching and it does stress it out...
everything JDM wont work with that 4 point strut brace, they all touch

Mine fits fine, and the brace and intake don't touch each other. The intake does rub against the hood a little, but that is the case with almost all of the J's intakes out there.

^You have the second version of the intake, right? I know the first version had a snorkel opening as big as the height of the grill, while the second one had half its size. Not that it matters anyways, IIRC J's said theres no performance differences between the two, but I wondered if this meant slight differences between the chambers as well. Just wondering.
