Does anyone know if I can replace the rear plastic windows of a 2000 model with a glass window? and if so would I have to replace the whole soft top since the glass windows are a lot smaller than the plastic windows.

 

Most replace to entire soft top to the upgraded rear glass window versions.

 

Yes you will have to get the whole glass window soft top.

 

you can get a aftermarket glass top to go with your 00-01 soft top frame, but most people end up replacing the frame and the soft top with 02+
