Looking for OEM style like this but larger in size? All the shift knobs I've seen like OEM are tad too small. Would like something maybe 20-25% larger.

Countersunk knob should make a nice upgrade, short shifter seems an expense and is not oem quality.

I got the CR shift knob for my S, it is Rio Yellow so the yellow lettering is perfect. It is the perfect size. A little chilly without gloves in the wintertime.

Check out Moddictions anvil knobs. They are both weighted and countersunk. I have the spherical one and love it. Still one of the best mods I have done. They make one that looks like the one you have pictured. Not sure how much bigger it is than stock though.

Just personal choice but I cannot stand the CR knob. It is to small and so light its like shaking hands with a cat. The shift knob is one part where heavier is better and countersunk makes it even better.

I've tried a few knobs since I got my car (eBay weighted, Skunk2, Type R, PasswordJDM) but my favorite was the Moddiction Anvil 2 and I've had it on my car for almost 2 years now and don't really plan to switch. It's the same shape (if not the same) as the picture you posted. I don't know if they have something similar and bigger though.
