Default S2000 mods with 10k no engine

So I have an 01 s2k sans engine and roughly 10 grand to work with...
i was thinking inline pro engine and either a hardtop or piece together a turbo system for 3k.

what other engine options do i have
turbo options? that greddy system looks like a POS with the turbo location and the other big company ones seem to be built off it..
any suggestions on a combination of mods/ engine's for around 10k?
and yes, i do need an engine.

You have a lot of options, but Im not you, so I'll just say what I would do with 10 large to give you an idea.

1. F20C Motor (found one off ebay for $4,300)
2. TEIN Driving Spec Coilover System ($1,300)
3. T1R 70RT Version 3 ($1,400)
4. J's Racing Type-S Aero Kit ($2,100)
5. New paint job... You have 900 bucks left, so why paint the kit and not the whole car? If you have left over money, put it in the beer fund jar.

Its probly cheaper to get an F20C and turbo it.

Yea, Thanx, im pretty worried about the reliability issues of turboing my s, it is my daily driver,
If there's some kind of online warranty that would allow tuboing id-e go for the used engine+ turbo.

I dont know the reliability of the inlinepro engine, but its 7k plus a block, i do have a block , only cylinders 1 and 4 have both dropped valves so im not even sure thell take it

as far as exhaust's go theres really no hp gains from that because the stocker is soo good, i only wish it was a bit louder..

the aero kit is pretty nice though... thanks

I am pretty sure that the J's 70mm RS single is pushing out 10-15 ponies.

I could be wrong.

You might want to check with King Motorsports or a quality shop about doing a rebuild. I'd trust that over an eBay motor. Anyone with personal experience, please chime in.
