Seatbelt buckles

Seatbelt buckles
I bought 06 seats, my car came with racing seats I didn't like. The 06 seats had buckles but they didn't fit my 01 belts. I bought seat rails from an 01 ditch helped the seats, and they came with 1 buckle.
Now missing 1 buckle I found one on ebay, its for passenger side but i need drivers side.
"Are both seatbelt buckles from either side of the car the same or are they driver/ passenger specific"
P.s. I understand that 06+we're different.

Well the part numbers are different on majestic honda though I am not sure if they truly aren't interchangeable. If you have 1 buckle couldn't you try it on both sides and if it works that means you could use either side?

@s2000Junky might have a belt buckle he could sell you?

Physically the buckle should be able to bolt into either driver or passenger seat and the belt should buckle in just fine on either side as well. I think the only difference is going to be that the driver buckle has the wire for the seat belt sensor attached to it.
I don't recall if the S2000 buckles pivot or not ether...if they do, then that would be another difference from left to right, but i don't think they pivot if my memory serves me correctly.
