Default Should i put double sided tape on my gotuning

I have the gotuning spoiler. just got it painted today. I was wondering if i should use 3m doublesided tape. It' is not to hold it down since it uses the third brake light holes with screws. It's just so water doesnt leak in, but i dont think it will get into the trunk either way. Without the tape it will look more flush? i guess. Any suggestions?

Even though it bolts on like that, it might be a good idea to at least put some on the edges. That way if you ever decide to take it off, it doesnt leave scuff marks or anything on your paint. I havent installed a spoiler before on my s2k, but thats most likely what I would do.

I used the 3M tape ASM supplied (if that is the spoiler you are talking about), and ran it down both sides. I am happy with it.
