+1 for mishimoto slim fans with fan shroud. itll be even slimmer with fans alone but they should cool much better with the shroud.

and yes you can change them without removing your rad.. I did. was a bit difficult to maneuver tho but i did it. i think i had to pull off my top hose for a split second.
