Soft top wont fully go up! HELPPP

Soft top wont fully go up! HELPPP
So i recently took my hard top off after maybe 3 months and when i tried raising the soft top only the driver side would go up a little while the other side stayed down.
My e brake light goes on and both of my windows go down when i hit the button to go down, my fuses are also good. So now i assume that only my passenger soft top motor is bad
the motors go for about 30 bucks on ebay but not sure how to replace them
1) How can i remove just the passenger side soft top motor
2) Do i have to remove my whole soft top to do this
3) How difficult is this
