Default spoon upper control arm brace welds cutting through to engine bay

i had spoon upper control arm gussets welded in over the weekend, problem is the welder over did it a bit on the top side of the gussets and the welds poked a few pin holes in the engine bay near the fuse box, water bottle and abs , i primed and painted the welds , but i am still a bit concerned about the structural integrity of the chassis now , should i be worried or is the area "non load bearing" ?

You welded the braces in specifically because of the load generated at that point.

So...of course its load bearing.

Over-penetration of the weld shouldn't jeopardize the integrity from what I'm imagining from your explanation

This is a common issue when installing these. Just make sure to prime/paint the engine bay and put undercoating all over gusset plates/chassis.
