I will soon be joining this club! Im coming from OEM ap2, to oem with swift sport springs, and now KWV3's! It's actually my 2nd set but I never got around to installing them the 1st time and decided to get wheels and springs instead. It will be interesting going from springs to coilovers. I have also switched from staggered rpf1's to a Ray's square setup.

I agree, Adr has some good info in his thread regarding the Kw's! 90% of all the threads I have read are !

Current set up on OEM ap2 with Swift Sport Springs:

Alvin, your S is one of my favorites! I'm planning on adding some voltex fenders soon but the rears are on back order until march!

My old S2000 (AP2) had a set of Buddy Club RSD. Years ago, I didn't have the experience nor did I see the appreciative value in spending more than $2k for a set of coilovers. I recently purchased another AP2. I have more money available now and went with KW Clubsports. I do intend to track the car once in a while, but for the most part, my car has/will see Georgia and North Carolina smooth rolling back roads. Maybe even the dragon.

I will tell you that coming from the BC RSD to the KW ClubSport is a night and day difference. The dampening is so much more balanced and precise. The ability to adjust your slow compression is invaluable. Fast bump and Rebound are regulated by internal valving. It took me a while to get the compression to where I can leave it per my spring rate. I do also believe that the ClubSport springs are linear, meaning no matter the rate of compression/preload from ride height, your spring rates are the same. This provides a very predictable setup. I never thought I could find something better balanced than stock.

I could speak volumes about the KW ClubSports on the street. I know it's definitely a premium for these coilovers but they give me all the confidence and predictability that I've only dreamed of. It's always a joy to go on a cruise.

How do you like the swift springs on the stock shocks? Im debating whether to do this or not on my stock ap1.
