Inside the car, the engine noise equals the exhaust (I have an AUT cooling plate and K&N filter) and you can't really tell which is louder. At first, I was concerned it wasn't as loud as I wanted in VTEC. Then I had a friend rev the car near redline as I stood behind. I then had my girlfriend get a cell phone video of a high rev and me accelerating away. It's plenty loud...
Ahhhh the stench of disappointment. It's okay, you don't have to try to cover up how quiet your exhaust is. Just sell it to the next person and get yourself a T1R Dual EM!

Hopefully the pics do this exhaust some justice. This exhaust is awesome. Sounds great & I couldn't ask for more.

So after a loooooooong debate on which exhaust to get I decided to go with the SE dual. The design was exactly what I was looking for to fit the AP1 rear bumper.

First impressions when installed was that the exhaust was much more mellow than originally advertised. Slowly after the initial break in the true sound came through. The sound is simply amazing.

Initial start up is like stock, and with easy driving the car sounds virtually stock. The sweet spot is just about 3k at WOT to redline. The tone is very aggressive yet subtle at the same time.
I've installed the Berk HFC at the same time and I experience zero drone on the highway.

Some have also said this is a loud exhaust, but I made the transition from the Spugen Dual Ti which is one of the loudest exhausts you can have so I find it perfect.

On a scale of 1-10 ten being best I rate the following.

Build Quality: 9.5 (Very amazing welds even the ones done by hand)
Sound (Brand new): 6
Sound (Broken in 300+ miles): 10+
Fitment: 10 (Zero fitment issues, and no adjustments needed to sit right)
Power: (No dyno results yet)
Happiness with my purchase: 10+

Now on to the pics.

And a quick pic of my baby

Just took a few over the weekend with my new camera. This thread is full of pics that I took of the Greddy SE on my car. IMO, the burnt tip looks great on SS.
damn that looks hot, you should polish your tips and it would look clean.. I polished off the blue tips off my T1R and it looks a lot better on silverstone. in the future i think no matter what honda car I drive it will always be a huge deal for me to pick exhausts between greddy, asm, mugen and T1R.

Thanks batman! I have been toying with the idea. I have had the exhaust for 9 months now with a test pipe. The "burnt" tips are starting to fade from being cleaned and polished. Granted, I should not be using metal polish, but it makes the exhaust look better than new. If I continue down this path, at some point the blue tips will be really faded, and then I will completely remove them.

I installed the Greddy SE, PLM header and Berk 70 mm HFC last weekend and could not be any happier with my purchase.

It has NO drone, is quiet when cruising and idling, and aural pleasure in vtec

dang im having a lot of trouble deciding between the fuji and the greddy...its killing me

i dont want something too loud for DD, and i especially dont want to attract unwanted attention..

but I REALLY want something that isnt stock sounding...and ive heard fuji is only 1 step up from stock.

have any of you with greddys gotten fix it tickets yet?
and any drone?

does the greddy have a "sweet spot" where you can practically not hear the exhaust if you drive at the spot.

i see a lot of you say 3k and under is like stock, but 3k and under is hard to drive normally haha

does it get loud on freeways? cuz theres already so much wind noise and other sounds that makes it already hard to talk.
