I believe this question was answered at least once in your other queries. Answers ain't gonna change by asking again.

Abrupt changes in exhaust diameter disrupt the flow and can cause performance disabling pulses in the exhaust. Header is 57mm ID so a 70mm exhaust will be less effective than one closer like the 63.5mm version. A "test pipe" is, of course, irresponsible and achieves barely measurable gain over a high flow cat. Not seen any with tabs, hence the need to weld them on mine. You've seen the photos of my Berk high flow cat.

60mm or 63mm to match with stock exhaust. I hope you get it tuned after...

I grabbed one on eBay from "1320 Performance" I believe they offered one with the tabs welded in.

Just adding a 60mm test pipe gives a big increase with no other mods. The OEM cat is quite restrictive and from what I have seen, I have yet to hear of a stock car making the claimed standard power out put. On this particular dyno, mine was even up on other cars.

After test pipe:

Yeah, they only make test pipe with tabs in 70mm size. They do sell a 60mm version, but it doesn't have tabs.

1320 performance, come out with a 60mm tabbed test pipe please

For comparison purposes I'm getting 221bhp on a Mustang dyno (reputedly reads up to 10% lower than others) with a 63.5mm high flow cat.
