i am leaning towards the 70mm because I need the tabs I want it to look stock and I can't find 63 with the tabs

The hp difference between test pipe and hi flo cat is minimal. The big differences are cost, and pollution.

Is the extra cost out of your pocket worth the cleaner air for the rest of us? HELL YES. The differences a cat makes are astounding.

You are being an irresponsible jerk polluting the air just to save a few bucks. If you can't afford a cat, save money until you can. The $250 whatever bucks are worth it.

Unless you drive like 1k miles a year or something, you owe it to the planet to use a cat.

i love pollution it's what I live for I burn raw oil and then dump it everywhere I have a drag car that I leave on all the time just to increase pollution. My daily driver is catless and so is my friends cars I hate cats I am a dog lover

I have one of each, both made by Berk and the smell from the rear is a little stronger from the TP but not by much.

Either way you will gain a few HP.
