They need to just paint shocks black and put a sticker that says voodoo magic on the side. I have read a ton on suspension tuning and honestly I still don't fully understand it. You can only take advice on setups to a certain extent and then it all comes down to tuning. My problem currently, is that I have only been racing a couple years and don't have the consistency in my driving yet to fully exploit what my suspension and tires have to offer. I got a cheap set of Koni/GC and love them, but I can't figure them out. They aren't consistent at all near the end of the adjustment range. An 1/8th turn went from teeth shattering to pillow soft. Oh well, it works as a good starting point, so I can learn more. Good info in the article though!
