tire rubbing fender on right rear only

ok i just got some le37's friday and put them on. love the look and steering response for sure but every large bump or dip in the road i hit, my right rear tire rubs. on the driver's side, i can stick 2 fingers wide between the tire and fender but i can only get 1 and maybe a little more on the passenger's side. what could be the issue here? i know it's not the rims or tires that are causing the problem. it seems as though i've got slop in the suspension back there. i halfway expect it too because the car has almost 140k miles on it but i'm not trying to buy one new tire every few weeks because of rub. in the long run, it would be cheaper to get my suspension fixed.

thanks in advance!

well i'm not positive of the offsets as i got them used but the tires are 265's in the rear. it's a very aggressive offset though. i just need to know why one side is almost an inch lower than the other. as far as i know, the suspension is stock and i've run my car pretty hard so it's expected with the mileage territory

well pics and sizes are irrelevant in this matter as long as the setup is the same on both the left and right side which it is... at least pics won't matter until i get the car home and get the tire off. the offsets and such are not variables. i know the tires are aired up at the same pressure so that's one less variable along with it.

what could cause the right side of the car to be lower than the left? that's my question!

Alignment, car's been in accident, tweak in the suspension. Start with the cheapest options and then go up.

it has been recently aligned though. i could have hit a big bump or something since and knocked it out but i was talking to someone yesterday on here and he was thinking it might be a cracked bushing in the upper a-arm? i may have misheard him but how do i check it? i really don't know anything about suspension and something needs to be done about it soon because it's now putting dents on the inner part of the fender and rubbed through the rubber piece that trims the inner part. if that makes sense

I would jack it up and take a look at both sides to do a eyeball comparison to see if anything is off. Feel around and see what you find. If by eyeballing you cannot tell then I think it's time to take it to a professional. But given that you have 140k miles on your car, more than likely the shocks are done. But before you go out and spend 500-600 bucks on some new ones (get konis if you do, I suggest) take a look around. That's free, just costs you time.

Also, in your little picture, looks like you are lowered. What suspension are you running?

it's factory suspension as far as i know. i have done zero modifications to the suspension since i bought the car.
