I read a review of the TODA cams on a FI application and it added an additional 30 hp to the wheel. Im not sure about the na app.

cams and gears can work well but you will need far more in addition to realize much gain.

for the money and install $$$ you are far better spending it on other parts of the car.

I think there is no consenus on the toda cams. At least one person made no power with the Spec A2 cams without gears and made it very public therefore a lot of people wrote them off. Another group of people dyno'd the Spec C cams and made very little power.

On the other hand three people have dyno'd the Spec A2s, some with and some without gears and have made power in the 5-10 ft-lbs TQ range. Howevert they all had extensive supporting mods and the ability to tune. I think the real key is the supporting mods on the exhaust and intake side of the motor. If you have ITBs or a TB/intake manifold job and a free flowing header/exhaust plus the ability to tune I think there will be some nominal improvements in power.

^not to mention significant dyno time and A/F, timing adjustments.
