Veilside Millenium Installation

I am looking to get and install a Veilside Millennium body kit on my S2000 after I get it. I would like to hear from those who have installed this kit with their impressions of it.

Things I would like to know are:

Easy of installation
Pre-paint or post-paint
Did the pieces fit or need to trim
Would you do it again
Any additional info you can think of

Thanks in advance,

If you get the authentic kit then you won't have to worry about fitment issues, also I would rather post paint then pre-paint just so it matches correctly.

Thanks Reds.

Any advice on the installation of the kit???

my advice would be to not get it at all.. it looks tooo wild... and out of date nowadays. IMO

Installation should be pretty simple, it'll be better to have another set of hands handy for the front and rear bumper just so you don't run into complications. The kit is wild, if that's your thing then go for it.
As for what s2jigga said, everyone has their own opinion, just don't jump ship just cuz everyone's doing it or saying so.

I am going with this kit because I like the look. I truly don't care what anyone else thinks about it. I just wanted to know if I should be hiring a body shop to install it or if I should be able to do it myself with a little help.

Thanks for the advice,

In that case then we're in the same boat  .

why would i want to do that?

Cryptic posts don't help.

i loved this kit since it first came out when i was back in 8th grade. at that age, i convinced my uncle (with a lot of disposable inconme) to get one for his S2000 and he actually did

he and the body shop that installed it said the fitment was horrible and they had to do a lot of adjustments and even some cutting to get everything to fit properly, even though it was authentic VeilSide. also MacGyver said he had the same problem. I hear the bumper is low as hell, so be prepared to cautiously drive over every inconsistency in the road.
