I just finished replacing my fronts. I went with Centric rotors (with the painted top hat to prevent rust), Cardone Premium rebuilt calipers, and Centric Pads. I got everything from CarID.com for a pretty good price. I was most concerned about the calipers as most rebuilds will have the corrosion protection stripped off and not restored which means they will rust in short order. The Cardone Premiums have a dull silver powder coat on them which should really protect them.
As for OEM parts, www.hondaautomotiveparts.com is the best place to get them.

If you want to go with brand new factory Honda parts but at a discounted price, rather then through the dealer, always check with Majestichonda.com
But there are people here that swap out there perfectly fine front calipers for a BBK, so checking the classified on s2ki isn't a bad option either.

Take a look at rockauto, price for Raybestos rotors 96936R and calipers FRC11125, FRC11126 is $152. Add pads, Power Stop Z26829 for $50(all prices are for a '06). So a little over $200 for parts, $800 for labor is ridiculous.
