A.C.T. pressure plate or OEM, Oem disk, Oem pilot & release bearing(crucial), Oem high temp urea grease, and an Oem release guide sleeve.

Oem flywheel, or f1 racing chromoly(11.5lbs) flywheel, or any other flywheel heavier than 10lbs.

Stay away from any non oem clutch kit. Again the OEM bearings are absolutely crucial.

If you get the A.C.T. pressure plate make sure you bypass the clutch interlock switch.

Or you can get the 1
$1,000 excedy hyper clutch, with an OEM release bearing. Or do a push clutch conversion.

But for longevity and peace of mind you CAN'T beat OEM.

Why would you bypass the clutch interlock with the ACT pressure plate? Thanks.

Because it puts a lot of stress on the thrust bearing on the crank on start-up.

Resist all temptation to get anything other than oem clutch disk and TO bearing. You have been warned. Any searching on here will back this up.

If not adding power, simply going to track, stick with act pp, oem clutch, ap1 or other light flywheel (but dont go too light).

^^^^ this.
I did a bunch of research and came to the conclusion that if you're going to replace the clutch then do a ACT HD pressure plate, AP1 flywheel and OEM everything else.
