[QUOTE=Assass1n,Oct 25 2009, 11:06 AM] I currently have the Spoon N1 single but I've definitely been debating on swapping it with something else lately.

i cant wait to post pics of my exhaust. traded out the faded Ti tip and put a stock AP1 tip on there. the prototype is pretty haggard but i'm picking up a few more tips. gonan clean them up, add holes for rivets and rivet a piece of shim in the gaping gape the stock tip leaves. also gonna ad a slight blue-ish purple burn to it. pics in the near future

You should have left that Ti tip, it looked great.

You could source some titanium piping. There are quite a few industrial piping companies that sell seamless tubes/pipes made from titanium. That would be a pretty sweet option too.

The drone is deeper though like a sub woofer lol but i hear the invidia duals are worse.
Have you driven it with the silencer installed ? how much better would it subdue the drone ? I am interested in this sinlge catback, but worry that my DD commnute would gives me a headache. I used to own a Buddy Club Prospec dual, and the drones is still quite loud even with a testpipe and silencers on especially in 40-50 degree cold.

I really miss that exhaust on WOT, but just hope this Invidia would be better than it in term of drone. I may have to gamble and try it out to find out.

BTW, anyone here has any experiene with the drone on the Buddy Club Spec 3 single perhaps in comparison to the Invidia single ? I did research on this forum and know that it is superloud which I don't mind, but would the drone be too much to own it over a long period of time.
I know " too much" is subjective, but thanks for any info /opinions.

Silencer is still in the bag LMAO
It only really drones on decel but its not 2 bad.
I'm honestly impressed it sounds pretty damn good. I let a friend drive it around while i drove his 06 Si and he ripped it a few times next to me and DAMN its loud but i loved it! I dont think it was near as loud as the Veilside teardrop but close. Very aggressive sounds like a race car. Pretty much sounds like any 70mm straight though race single would honestly lol.
After all for like 500 shipped you can't go wrong if you like it. It fits nice too and the tip has the perfect length IMO

The quietest I've heard is the asm 60m single.

I had a spoon N1 and now have a T1R v2 63, on my setup with tracysports manifold, testpipe and k&n fipk the T1R v2 63 performed better than the Spoon N1 and was quieter on the dyno.
