I purchaced the URGE Unicorn header and have been very pleased with the quality. I will be at the dyno soon to try it out although I will not have back to back dynos. I am interested to see if mine has that spike in power at the top like is shown on the site from a S/C setup.

Manifold is fitted, just need to sort the blow as the gasket needs replacing and nipping tight.

The Zircotec coating works great.

Today I drove 20 miles to pick up the new gasket and some coolant. I showed Si (Hendy Performance) the bits in did over the weekend..... car was still hot, you couldnt touch the radiater or the intake manifold....... but you could hold the manifold it was not even warm!!! The zircotec coating works great. Im cknsidering coating my intake manifold now.

;-)
hold you horses... not a good idea lol
NOOO!, that would be doing the exact opposite of what you want. The Zircotec would be keeping the heat IN the intake manifold. You want to keep the intake FROM getting hot, this is what you need, the Hondata heat shield intake gasket. Keeps engine heat from heating the intake, and keeps intake cool on both the inside and outside.

I would disagree about the Hondata gasket recommendation. There is a high failure rate with them warping/cracking and dumping coolant into the #4 cylinder.

I just bought this 1320 Performance header. Check out my review and dyno test thread on this header. Hopefully it yields some good results.

Anyone know, with certainty, if the diameters mentioned at the very beginning of this thread are inside (ID) or outside (OD) diameters? Only one of the many descriptions mentioned that the numbers for that header were ID, but I don't know whether to assume that is the convention or if ID was stated because the convention is normally OD.
Anyone?
Thanks!

Looks like they changed the flange on it.
