The intake was made for RHD cars. The AC lines and the horn mount prevent LHD cars from mounting a 200mm filter. I've seen owners (myself included) mount a 180mm filter instead.
The heatshield that redirects air towards the filter needs a slight cut to accommodate the insulated AC line and that's basically it.

I'm being anal here, but you should include the following info:
1) There were 2 versions of the Mugen CF intake. Version 1 extends down to the mouth of the oem AP1 bumper (ie. longer) and is discontinued. Version 2 extends down to the intake inlet of the Mugen SS front bumper and is currently for sale for all applications.
2) There are 2 versions of the ASM intake. I have the first version ($2999 and discontinued). It's very similar in design to the current ASM intake that Tan is sporting on his car. This intake is short, similar to the current Mugen intake version 2 and meant to hook up to the intake inlet of the Mugen SS front bumper or the earlier ASM bumpers with the same intake inlet. The ASM intake version 2 is longer like the Mugen Version 1 intake in that it extends down to the mouth of the oem bumper and the Tsuchinoko chamber is shaped a bit differently (this is the one the PW-JDM copied).
3) Don't forget about the Gruppe-M intake
