I have the skunk2 70mm, best bang for the buck.
The butt dyno noticed the most improvment with the test pipe, just make sure you get CEL eliminater. I recommend the T1R.

Are there any test pipes out there that have some kind of heat shield or something that can make it look more like a cat so if a cop looks down there he wouldn't be able to tell easily?

sorta, the t1r test pipes come with brakets that you can put the stock catalyst heat shied on. I dont think they are the only ones that have then either.

I have the Berk 60mm Test Pipe. I do have a CEL that comes and goes. I suppose I should get an Anti Fouler.

100 for a test pipe or 250 for a high flow cat. i'd rather spend double and get a ticket for a modified cat than a no cat ticket. the flow difference/performance difference is like a 1 whp difference...

If a cop ever gave me a ticket for that, id prolly laugh in his face as he was writing it. The amount of gas the police waste and pollution caused by idling every day trying to enforce bullshit laws totally dwarfs the few of us running test pipes.
