Default 01 s2000 220whp

Hi. guys i clearly didn't do research on the s2000 before my purchase. now im learning a lot about it and if i could go back i'll buy a 06. my question is i just want about 220whp with simple bolt ons. like intake, test pipe, exaust maybe science of speed throttle body. but my main concern is tune. is there any way i can get that with no tune and still be as reliable as it is now all stock? i know if it was 06 or up i would just use flash pro and be done. i don't want aem ems + it doesn't pass emissions here in california. around 220whp is all i be happy with.

with my 03ap1 im at 221whp on a dynojet. but i have test pipe, exhaust and haltech ecu. you arent going to get there without some stand alone ecu. sorry man, you bought the wrong car if you wanted that

You might be able to hit 210 with a an intake throttlebody and a gernpipe or HFC. I wouldnt even try to get away with a testpipe in cali though. VFAC II might be a good route to go although I have heard some debate that because our cars have learning ECUs it could undo the tune.

i was able to net 208rwhp with only berk HFC and a custom race exhaust...this is on an '04. You DBW guys get to do flash ecu mods that should help significantly.

i was up for a while last night researching. could E manage unlimited be like a flash pro for us 05 and below guys? i read the whole E manage 101 on here. but it was from 2006 and they made power just with intake. but those guys knew how to tune em right and i don't know if alot of pple tune e manage ultimate. and if u made 208whp with a f22 my f20 will make less or maybe GOD just blesses my s and get the same haha.
