Yes, it was originally meant for s2000's between the years 2000-2005, then they came out with the dual ecu version for the DBW 06+...check out Hondata's website

Any of you guys running VAFCII to tune have issues with the vehicle running very lean at WOT with I/H/E?

No issues, my tuners an expert, if you experience an issue with leaning out try using an adjustable fuel pressure regulator

Currently using Haltech PS500 with OBD-II compliant harness from FullBlown. Swapping it out for Kpro August 23rd

VAFC will tune fuel and vtec engagement... Thats where majority of the power tuning these cars comes from...

There are very minor gains playing with the timing so spending significantly more isn't justified. What's keeping me from buying a vafc is the inability to raise the rev limiter.. I know there are gains and its nice to have another 500rpms to my powerband. Is it worth the difference in money for my 06 ap2, not sure...


For you since you can't go with flash pro i would 100% get a vafc and a wideband.. Its simple enough where you don't need to hire a tuner to set it up for you and you'll have a ton of fun doing it.

Sounds to me like you need to do some adjusting... Its a fuel controller, add some fuel =-)

VAFCII doesnt add fuel EVER, so ^^^ is impossible
