I recently purchased his exhaust, and after doing more research it seems that on some cars the tips stick out really far.
are there any 05 owners who can post pics of this setup on their car??

also wondering if I can shorten the exhaust a bit by cutting out an inch or two after the cat.

I do not have this exhaust but have seen it on an AP2 and it looks great. I don't remember it ever sticking out too far.

Define really far.

I want the tips clear of the plastic bumper. This eshaust looks great on my '06 with a Berk high flow cat.

Here’s a good pic to show how they look, they look better than I had thought they would and they are tucked under the bumper more than the stock ones.
i do need to adjust the driver side a bit as it sits a little lower, but won’t be an issue.
This exhaust looks and sounds excellent.
