Default 100% track car - Most NA hp?

I have a 2.2L track only S2000. Currently it is H1 legal in Honda challenge but there isn't really anyone to race so I am thinking about upgrading it.

how much NA hp can I expect?

It currently has 223whp on a dyno jet. AEM EMS, AEM intake, Toda Header and no real exhaust (resonator with turndown where the cat used to be).

I could do cams, headwork(?), thinner head gasket, bigger throttle body and a retune.... any clue what that would get though. I don't want to put $3-4k into this to end up with just 10-15 more whp.

thanks for any advice.

I think you will learn alot about this in the NA forums. Or you could ask this question over and you will probably get a pretty quick reply. Hope this helps.

What is your timeframe? If you need it "quick" you might just go to Inline Pro for a stroker motor. Might check with FF2Skip on his thoughts...that was the route he took.

Hytech & Endyne have been making some high hp NA race motors. Look for Carrera4's thread on his build with them. It has been ongoing for a while though.

i really don't think there's much more you can get our of it without dropping a lot of money. cams do very little for these cars from what i've read. maybe it's time for FI if you're looking for more than 232whp (already an impressive number)

I really cannot think of anything reasonably cheap for me to do to gain hp.... i guess I will throw in my 4.77 gears and see how light I can get the car.... i was thinking for $2k-$3k if I could pick up another 20-30hp that woudl be great but........

Evo = 20hp gain with a ****ing $200 dynoflash.
