number 4 should be a pair of ear plugs and 5. a better paying job to afford the modified exhaust tickets and 6. alot of "I'm sorry" cards for your neighbors and 7. saved funds for where you are old and tone deaf and need ear drum replacement.

i wouldn't buy a ems, one his car is almost stock, two he won't pass emmesions/inspection..
i would save it, saying you have 800$ to spend is like saying you make very little money to own. Own more of it, spend less of it.

In spirit of the thread. I would spend the money on the K&N FIPK because it makes great sound. Not so much for the performance gain, which isnt going to be amazing. Keep the rest of the money for putting it towards either exhaust, or lighter rims.
