depends if you are going for N/A or F/I, with some turbocharged setups, the ap2 exhaust cam is supposed to be better, suggested in this thread

Yeah I also heard that running an ap2 exhaust cam in an ap1 would be the best. Although I did a lot of research about it a while back and it seems like it's so small of a difference it's not even worth the upgrade. I don't know how true that is but that's conclusion I came up with.

the difference is supposed to be about 20-30 whp at the 500 whp mark
