Default ATS Cross / Carbonetic Single / Twin Clutch Manual

Hey Guys,

I recently purchased a ATS Cross twin metal clutch from Japan and finished installing it to my new built motor. Small issue with the clutch is no matter how i adjust the slave cylinder and master cylinder with the pedal adjustment, putting on gears is very harsh, difficult and it wouldn't want to go in. The instruction manual that came with the kit is in Jap (Obviously) and i was wondering if any one has an installation manual in English? I am looking for the latest version as I found one in Google but it is superseded instruction with different parts (Mitsubishi cylinder & Nissan bearing - Mine is Nissan cylinder & Toyota bearing).

If anyone has a copy and can forward me a copy, it will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

DJ

Make sure you arent over engaging the clutch.

With the engine off, put the car in gear, then have someone try to push the car.. as they are pushing slowly press the clutch pedal, the moment the car starts to roll the clutch is disengaged. You need to set a clutch stop so the pedal goes just a hair farther than that point.
