I always wanted to try out some cam gears on this engine, I've used them in the past on other Hondas and I always found them to be worthwhile. I read on this forum that they can be worth 5 whp gains, approx.

Can anyone recommend a good setting for a stock valvetrain, with Intake/ header/ exhaust on an F20 ? I've been thinking about +4 intake and -2 exhaust for some added overlap. If it was a b-series engine it would be a snap to dyno tune them, but we don't have cut out valvecovers, it would take a long time to dyno tune these.
