Do you have a cat or a muffler inside the megaphone? Is it a small straight thru muffler in the end? It's hard to tell from that picture.
Btw you should not call this a Gernpipe, it looks nothing like it.
A better designed free flowing exhaust like the 3" Berk would probably free up some power, but hard to tell how much.

Was it a dual exhaust that you converted to a single? It looks like that could be causing turbulent flow. You should just run an out-of-the-box exhaust and hfc/tp. I bet that would yield gains.

- My tuner thinks the exhaust can't be causing this but I will try going back to dual exhaust. I wonder if it will be any better to go to 3 inch single or dual exhaust instead of the 2.5 inch I have now.
